Weekend Football Limited may use your email to notify you of any promotions, competitions or site news, if the "please add me to your mailing list" check box is checked.

When you first visit our website, we may send you a cookie. A cookie is a small file that can be placed on your computer's hard disc for record keeping purposes, and we may use them to do a number of things: Cookies help us to recognise you when you next visit our website. This allows us to tailor the service we provide to your preferences;Cookies may be used to compile anonymous statistics related to the use of services, or to patterns of browsing. You are not obliged to accept a cookie from us, or any other web site, and may modify your browser so that it will not accept cookies at your discretion. If you do not wish to receive cookies from us or any other website, you can turn cookies off on your browser; however you will lose some of the current and future functionality and personalisation on the Weekend Football site.

We will not give or sell your email address to anyone.

We always aim to improve the services we offer, so we occasionally canvass our customers using surveys. Participation in surveys is voluntary, and you are under no obligation to reply to any survey you might receive from us. Should you choose to do so, we will treat the information you provide with the same high standard of care as all other customer information.

We hope that you will be delighted with the range of services you are offered. However, you may request that we cease contacting you at any time, by having your data removed from our database. This is known as unsubscribing, which may be done by sending an email to unsubscribe@weekendfootball.co.uk

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and any changes will appear here.

Competiton rules

If any player uses multiple email addresses to enter the competition more than once, they will be disqualified from this and future competitions. Players must use their real first and last name, as the winners prizes will be made out to the details they registered with. Only their nickname will be visible in the competition, and they can choose to keep their identity private if they win.

If players, identified by similar voting patterns are seen to be colluding to gain unfair advantage, they will be immediately disqualified from the competition.

If there is a tie in any competiton period, the winner will be the player who has in the opinion of Weekend Football, entered the most constructive match comments during the voting process.

Competition Leagues

You need to recruit at least 5 players to enter your own league, and the league should represent a website, blog or facebook page. League prizes will only be paid to Leagues if there are at least 5 active players in the league at the time that the prize is won.

If one of your players wins the competition, as league administrator, you win £500, if your league has the highest top 10 average bank of all leagues, you also win £500. If one of your players tops the monthly leaderboard, you win £100. The more players that you have in your league, the more likely you are to win a league prize. If your league represents a website or blog, you must be the owner of the site or be authorised to set up a league in its name and receive payments on behalf of the web site or blog. Where there is a dispute, the prize money will be paid to the current owner of the web site or blog.

You must be at least 18 years old to enter this competition.
